The drive for gender equality in corporate Japan

As part of a grand plan to jump start the Japanese economy, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has been urging companies to include more women in the managerial mix.

However, many firms are struggling to achieve the government`s target. But one company that appears to be making all the right moves is Calbee.

Mariko Oi puts the spotlight on the snack manufacturer.
